Made in France, the Chroma Carbon is a turntable with a carbon finish. It is equipped with an Ortofon 2M red cartridge, a very light and high rigidity carbon arm with an arm lift for a smooth handling. The speed selection (33/45/78 rpm) is automatic. It also benefits from a new digital drive motor, allowing a perfect speed of rotation while being quieter.
In 2014, Elipson launched the first Bluetooth turntable on the market, 100 percent manufactured in France.
Six years later, Elipson introduces a new, complete range, while preserving the strength of the original turntable design and the expertise of its French manufacturing facility.
Alpha, Omega and Omega Carbon give way to Chroma 200, Chroma 400 and Chroma Carbon.
Numerous improvements have been made across these three ranges, including a cueing lever on all models, a new quieter motor with improved damping decoupling, a new two-piece platter for better flatness, optimized electronic boards, and new finishes.
Each turntable is supplied with a mechanical tracking force gauge for optimal cartridge adjustment.
Elipson is very proud to offer all of these improvements without increasing the retail price of its turntables.
