INFORMATION TO BE PREPARED :

In order to process your request as efficiently as possible, please provide the following information:

  • Product name

  • Product serial number

  • Name of retailer/purchasing centre

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) - Mandatory for all warranty claims

  • Precise description of the problem

HANDLING TIME
