When art meets
purity of sound
The famous BS50, an acronym for the ‘50 cm diameter Staff Ball’, represents the history of Elipson. Designed in 1953, the BS50 was initially created for the first sound and light shows at the prestigious Château de Chambord. Thanks to its auditory finesse, it enabled remarkably precise sound diffusion.
A tree that broadcasts the murmuring sounds of the forest.
Initially designed for convivial spaces, this surprising sound object is made up of twelve spherical fruit speakers suspended from the ceiling by liana cables, ripe for the picking.
Design by Maurizio Galante, Tal Lancman & Jean-Yves Le Porcher for Elipson.
